HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY FOR MAN MAIL BOX TO ARRIVE? 

This all depends on where it is being sent to. For more information on shipping times and details, please head to our shipping page where you can find the estimated times based on your location.

 

WHAT PAYMENT SYSTEM DO YOU USE?

Man Mail uses Stripe. Stripe specifically focuses on provided technical, fraud protection, and banking infrastructure required to operate online payment systems. For more information: www.stripe.com/au

 

I WOULD LIKE TO SEND A MESSAGE TO THE RECIPIENT BUT DON'T WISH TO BUY A GREETING CARD. CAN I DO THIS? 

No problem. We have small note cards that are perfect for writing messages on. Once you've added your selected box to the cart, you will be prompted to give us a little extra information about your order. There will be box you can leave your message in, so we can scribe the message on your behalf. 

 

I SAW A BOX ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT ISN'T THERE ANYMORE. IS THERE A CHANCE YOU STILL HAVE IT?

Thanks for remembering our products! We always recommend contacting us. If we don't currently have stock, we will be able to let you know if it will be available again, or be able to recommend an alternative. If in doubt, just ask us! 

 

HOW DO YOU SEND YOUR BOXES?

Once you select the perfect box, we will lovingly pack the items in a custom made Man Mail box that comes with a handle. Inside, your products will be packed and protected with shredded wood and fragile items will be given some extra protection to prevent damage. Where a product already comes in its own packaging, we will include this. We also wrap the outside of your box for extra protection before sending it your way in a satchel via courier. 

 

WHAT IF SOMETHING DOES TURN UP BROKEN AFTER TRANSIT? 

Besides being a slight inconvenience to you, we will solve it quick smart. We always inspect items before they leave Man Mail HQ and although damage on route is unlikely, if it does happen, please keep the goods and packaging and contact us as soon as possible.
